Write for us
We welcome thoughtful contributions about how people work together to make, plan or improve something. Send proposals through the Contact page; a focused pitch is more useful than a finished article sent without context.
What fits
We are interested in concrete subjects across roles, conversation, process, feedback and project work. A strong contribution gives readers a way to notice a familiar snag or try a specific approach, without relying on invented results or claims of expertise.
A useful pitch
Tell us the proposed subject, the central point, who it is for and what a reader could do with it. Include a brief outline and any relevant experience you want us to consider. Keep the scope narrow enough to explain clearly.
Before sending
Use your own words, identify material that needs attribution and flag any commercial interest connected to the proposal. We may edit accepted work for clarity and length; sending a pitch does not mean it has been accepted.
How to propose it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Please do not include sensitive personal information or material you do not have permission to share.
A good match makes room for difference
Collaboration is not agreement at every turn. It is finding a way to use different perspectives without making the work harder to understand.
